Service Discontinuations
Due to a lack of spare parts availability, we cannot guarantee an adequate service for some machine controls in the future. Therefore, we are forced to successively discontinue the following control types:

If spare parts for the control technology of the machines affected by the discontinuations are on stock, they can of course still be obtained from KAPP NILES.
However, the discontinuations do not mean that you cannot use your machine in the future. Most of our machines are suitable for our KN Recontrol or KN Retrofit. Herewith we make your reliable machine fit for the future.
Your benefits:
- Replacement of the mechanical components (only in the Retrofit program)
- Replacement of the electrical components and upgrade to the newest control version
- At least another ten years of spare parts availability
- Latest software features
- Existing accessories can still be used
